Pricing questions

Is the Free Check really free?
Yes. No account, no card, no follow-up requirement. It is deliberately limited to what can be produced from a single identifier.
What is the difference between Snapshot and Monitoring?
A Snapshot is a point-in-time assessment. Monitoring re-runs collection on a schedule and raises alerts when the state of a protected asset changes materially.
Can a Snapshot be credited toward Monitoring?
Scoping and asset registration carry over: the assets confirmed during Snapshot onboarding become your monitored assets without re-registration.
Do you provide legal services?
No. We produce evidence and qualified findings. Legal determinations, takedown filings and enforcement decisions belong to your counsel.
What is the difference between Snapshot and Snapshot Extended?
Snapshot covers the organisation: domains, brand terms and everything built on them. Extended adds the people and the storefronts — named executives, counterfeit and sales channels, a wider permutation set, and a debrief on the delivered report.
What does a finding actually contain?
What was observed, where, and when; which of your assets it resembles and how; a severity and a confidence level with the reasoning stated; the evidence retained for it; and one recommended next step.
What counts as evidence?
The material a finding was built from, kept as we saw it: the records behind it, resolution data, page and profile captures, and the timestamps for each. A finding whose evidence cannot be retained is not delivered as a finding.
What do you need from me to define the scope?
Your organisation name, your primary domain, any other domains, your brand and trade names, the executives you want covered, your official accounts, and anything to exclude. Nothing technical, and no access to your systems.
How do I get my report?
It is delivered to you when the assessment completes — no account to create and no password. Signed-in access is provided by the platform this service runs on; if you need another copy of something you have bought, send us its reference.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Nothing is installed, nothing runs on your systems and we need no access to them. We read what is publicly observable about the scope you confirm.
What happens after I buy?
You confirm what to protect, we confirm that scope back to you in writing, collection runs, and you receive the report. No account and no password at any point.
Is Monitoring renewed automatically?
No. A cycle is 30 days and nothing is charged on its own. We offer you the next cycle before the current one ends; if you do not take it, the service stops at the end of the period you paid for.
Does Guardian receive my card details?
No. Payment is taken on the payment provider's own page and no card detail reaches this site. We may receive the buyer's email, the amount and a transaction reference.
Do you tell me what to do about a finding?
Yes — a recommended next step per finding: watch it, collect more, notify a registrar or platform, or take it to your counsel. We prepare escalations; we cannot guarantee a takedown, because registrars and platforms are not ours to control.
