Conditions of service

What you are buying, what it does, and what it explicitly does not do. These are the conditions of the service itself.

Last updated:

01What the service is
We observe publicly available material, retain the evidence for what we observe, and hand you qualified findings with a recommended next step. Every finding carries the material that produced it and the confidence we place in it.
02Scope is yours
You define what we look at and you confirm it before collection runs. We assess the perimeter you validated. Anything you did not declare is outside the assessment, and anything you listed as known-legitimate is excluded from findings.
03Not legal advice, not a legal determination
We do not provide legal advice or opinions, and no finding of ours determines that infringement, counterfeiting or any other violation has occurred. Those are decisions for qualified counsel; our output exists to inform them.
04Sources and their limits
We read what is publicly observable. We attempt no authenticated access, no credential use and no circumvention of access controls. Sources change, rate-limit and go offline; when one could not be read, the report says so rather than treating silence as a clean result.
05No claim of exhaustiveness
We do not search the whole internet and we do not guarantee that every abuse of your identity or brand will be found. An assessment reports what was observable within its scope at the time it ran. A clean report is evidence of absence within that boundary and nothing wider.
06No guaranteed removal
We prepare and recommend escalations; we do not control registrars, platforms or hosts and cannot guarantee any content will be removed, or removed within any time. Where we act on your behalf, we act as your evidence provider, not as your representative in law.
07One-off assessments
Snapshot, Extended Snapshot and the Enterprise assessment are each a single assessment at a point in time. They are not continuous surveillance and carry no monitoring after delivery.
08Monitoring is a 30-day cycle
Monitoring is bought as a 30-day cycle on the scope confirmed at its start. It does not renew by itself. Before a cycle ends we offer you the next one, and if you do not take it the service stops at the end of the period you paid for. Your scope and history are kept so it can resume.
09No automatic charge without your authorisation
Today a payment link authorises exactly one payment, so nothing can be charged again on its own. If recurring payment is introduced later — through Stripe, PayPal or another disclosed rail — you will be told explicitly and asked to authorise it before any further charge.
10Payment
Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout, on the provider's own page. We do not receive or store your card details. The provider's terms apply to the payment itself.

The NanoCorp platform hosts this service and settles its payments; the platform's own terms apply to that layer and are published by NanoCorp.
