    Scope and limitations

What is delivered

Format
A structured report across three sections, with retained evidence per finding.
Scope
One primary estate. All twelve coverage domains examined in a single pass.
Depth
Findings you can act on immediately, prioritized by severity and confidence.
Limitations
A point-in-time assessment, not continuous surveillance. It reports what was observable at the time of collection and states explicitly what did not run. It is not a legal determination.

What is delivered

Format
A structured report across five sections, including an asset inventory, an evidence register and a sequenced remediation plan.
Scope
One estate plus named executives, counterfeit and sales channels, and an extended domain permutation set.
Depth
Prioritized findings with an evidence table and a remediation plan ordered by what reduces exposure fastest.
Limitations
A point-in-time assessment, not continuous surveillance. Wider coverage than Snapshot does not mean exhaustive coverage. It is not a legal determination.

What is delivered

Format
A structured report across six sections, including a multi-entity view, a risk matrix, a remediation roadmap and an evidence appendix.
Scope
Multiple entities and asset portfolios, with roles, access perimeters and escalation routing scoped during onboarding.
Depth
Critical findings prioritized across entities, a sequenced roadmap, and governance and escalation recommendations.
Limitations
A point-in-time assessment, not continuous surveillance, and not exhaustive coverage. Recommendations are operational, not legal advice, and no finding is a determination of infringement.

Monitoring

Continuous surveillance with alerting and incident history.

Sample report. Every organization, domain, profile and finding below is invented for illustration; all domains use the reserved .example suffix and refer to nobody. No real assessment is reproduced here.

Cycle overview

A Snapshot answers what is out there at one moment. Monitoring answers what changed over 30 days — including what was resolved, because a quiet period is a result too.

What is delivered

Format
A cycle report across five sections, with an activity summary for the period and retained evidence per change.
Scope
The domains, brand terms, executive identities and other assets you confirm at the start of the cycle, re-collected on a schedule.
Depth
Changes against known state rather than a fresh list, so you read what moved instead of re-reading what did not.
Limitations
Surveillance covers the scope you confirmed and runs for the paid cycle only. It reports what was observable at each collection and states what did not run. It is not a legal determination, and it does not remove anything on your behalf.

Pricing

A sample of the actual deliverable, with synthetic findings. Same structure, same evidence format, same categories as a real assessment.
